IFFO launched a new website packed with educational resources tailored to the needs of different audiences. The new website features include a “key facts” section that provides easily digestible information on the marine ingredients industry, from responsible sourcing to diverse and vital uses in the global food chain. The section also contains articles by leading scientists on nutrition and the use of marine ingredients.

It also offers a “Knowledge Center” with more detailed articles on sourcing, processing and using marine ingredients. It includes a wealth of expert knowledge on the latest research on marine ingredients and their benefits for both animal growth and human health. This section contains a resource center for “Studies of Interest” with direct access to research articles that focus on environmental impacts, nutrition, responsible sourcing and regional approaches.

The website also offers IFFO members exclusive access to the members' area, which contains a unique range of business and statistical reports, as well as technical and regulatory support.
