Zeigler Bros. is an established manufacturer of premium feeds for the aquaculture, pet, and biomedical research industries. To assist the company in its current growth, Zeigler is currently hiring a full-time communications associate to manage its social media and writing strategy across the diverse business avenues. This individual will also be part of a small creative team to help drive weekly concepts, tradeshows and further communications. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, in addition to demonstrating effective time management and organization.
Responsibilities:
Marketing & Communications
Brainstorm/interview team to develop content writing for different marketing/communication initiatives for digital and print media. This position will manage the overall social media/website needs, press releases, direct email marketing, internal newsletter, and graphic design support. Video and motion graphics assistance to support multimedia and marketing strategies.
Event Management/Tradeshow
Support Marketing Department with events/tradeshows from ideation to completion.
Administrative Support:
Hands-on support for marketing department as needed. (i.e. printing, promotional materials, mail, assist in other departments).
Packaging Back-up Support
Serve as a backup for printing labels/tags. Design support for labels and literature.
Education:
Minimum of Associate Degree, Bachelor’s degree preferred in Communications
Work location: Gardners, Pennsylvania.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
