Description: A major Japanese Food engineering Companies UK subsidiary based in Stockport, UK , is responsible for the service and sales of optical colour sorting equipment, focusing primarily for the food and plastics processing industries covering a large geographical area.

They are looking to recruit an experienced, responsible service engineer, familiar with optics/electronics/mechanics/pneumatics. Although not essential, a relevant qualification would be an advantage. A good basic education together with PC/Windows familiarity is a requirement; also a full clean driving license.

This challenging position requires someone who is an experienced traveler and not restricted to routine working hours. Your work will involve considerable travel within Northern Europe and occasionally outside this area. You should be competent in languages suitable for this area.

Applicants must be based near a major airport.

As an employee your customer service skills and attitude will be professional and confident.
