Following the consolidation of Olmix’s shareholding structure, Amadéite and Motion Equity Partners appointed Jean-Christophe Juilliard to lead Olmix company and its subsidiaries. Jean-Christophe Juilliard will manage the group’s development and make it an international key player for solutions promoting an agro-ecological transition of animal and plant activities.

Jean-Christophe started his career as a financial auditor with Arthur Andersen. He then joined the agri-food sector in the spirits world, and thereafter joined Dole Food Company (world leader in fresh fruits and vegetables) a holding financial management position, subsidiary’s general management position and in the aftermath management position of the Europe-Africa region from 1995 to 2010. In 2011, he took over the management of the French office of Alvarez & Marsal’s, specialist in business recovery consulting. In 2013, he joined the Limagrain Group (4th largest seed company in the world, cereal ingredients and bakery products) to become CEO. Since the end of 2017, he was at the head of the Ingredients division of Sodiaal Group, the first French dairy cooperative of which he turned around the profitability.
