Viet-Ao Co Ltd, a subsidary of Biomin, will represent Format International and provide local support for users, liaising with Format's head office in England.

Viet-Ao has wide experience in product supply and customer service in this expanding market, and are well placed to assist new and existing users of Format's New Century software with the service for which Format International is known.
