Short Course on Extrusion Processing - Mumbai, India

Department of Grain Science and Industry at Kansas State University (U.S.A) in association with Wenger Manufacturing (U.S.A) and American Soybean Association-International Marketing is organizing a one day  Short Course on Extrusion Processing on March 7, 2009 at Taj Lands End, Mumbai. This one day seminar is an extension to the previously conducted short courses on extrusion technology in India. The main focus of this seminar is to bring first -time participants up to date with extrusion technology and its applications in the food & feed industries, and to provide a thorough review for participants who have attended previous short courses on extrusion. This seminar will also provide participants an opportunity to renew old contacts in the world of extrusion processing and to make new ones as well.

The agenda of the short course has been designed by experts from the Department of Grain Science and Industry at Kansas State University (U.S.A.), Wengers Manufacturers & American Soybean Association – International Marketing and other India-based industries and institutions.

The program will be coordinated by Assocom – India.
