Asian-Pacific Aquaculture and GAA Global Shrimp Outlook venue changes

SARS prompts GAA to move Outlook to Mexico; WAS moves Asian-Pacific Aquaculture to different hotel venue
July 15, 2003

Concerns about Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS) has caused GAA to move the Global Shrimp Outlook: 2003 meeting planned for Phuket, Thailand, in August to the Westin Regina Golf and Beach Resort in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, on November 3-6. Cabo San Lucas is a world-class resort area at the interface of the desert and ocean at the southern tip of Mexico's Baja Peninsula.

Meeting materials for this invitation-only event are now being finalized and will be distributed in July. Complete registration and schedule information will be posted on the GAA website as available. A GAA Update with additional information will also be e-mailed next week.
