Organisers of the 5th Global Feed & Food Congress (GFFC) have issued new safety and security information in light of recent terrorist attacks in Turkey.

In a recent statement, GFFC said it takes safety and security very seriously and is doing all in its power to provide a secure conference environment and a successful event.

In terms of travel advice, currently there is no general travel advisory in place for Turkey and there are no advisories in place for the Antalya region. There are travel advisories in place for the Syrian Border as well as warnings to avoid large crowds and gatherings, especially in Istanbul and Ankara.

The GFFC Hotel & Congress venue is located in a guarded Hotel compound about 45 minutes away from Antalya airport and away from any public tourist destinations. Delegates will be picked up by the GFFC transfer service and transported directly to the GFFC Hotel and Congress venue.
