The new Van Aarsen GD hammer mill is a hit in Asia

After the first introduction at Asia Co, Vinh Long, Vietnam, Van Aarsen has recently started up the GD hammer mills at Philippine Foremost Milling in Manila and at Inteqc Feed Co. in Thailand. In all cases the machines have exceeded all expectations, including the very fine grinding of aquafeeds. Except a higher degree of fineness with equal screen, the GD hammer mill saves up to 25% in energy costs. Additionally, Van Aarsen has given a lot of attention to the operational-friendliness of the hammer mill, for example with hammer and screen exchange facilities.

The Van Aarsen GD series of hammer mills consists of 2 types with capacities ranging from 20 – 60 tonnes per hour, dependent on formula and type of raw material.
The Van Aarsen hammer mill can be incorporated in a pre-grinding as well as a post grinding system and can handle any kind of raw materials.

The Van Aarsen hammer mills are completely built according to the latest regulations and standards for safety and hygiene. The total construction is assembled on shock absorbers for minimal vibration.
