As a member of the National Research Council’s Committee on Nutrition, Dr. Hardy is an internationally renowned fish nutritionist. He will discuss the state of aquaculture nutrition and the food safety challenges of the industry.

Dr. Hershberger has been both an academic and federal researcher in the cloning and genetic improvement areas of cold water fish. He will detail the impressive salmon results and ongoing research with tremendous potential in both areas of traditional breeding and cloning.
