Aova Technologies Inc. and J&Y World Solutions LLC Form AG Solutions, Expand into Chinese Feed Additive Market

Aova Technologies Inc. and J&Y World Solutions LLC have formed AG Solutions, a joint venture to be based in the Peoples Republic of China. AG Solutions will exclusively sell and distribute Aova’s patented “BIG” product line for animals, including BIG FISH.  The BIG product line features livestock supplements that optimize the growth and health of birds, pigs, cattle, and fish. 

Aova’s “BIG” products will be a key component in gut health in animal agriculture.  A healthy gut drives bottom line results through decreased mortality and treatments, increased dry matter intake, and increased average daily gain. “We believe that Ag Solutions joint venture will deliver Aova’s existing technology to an ever expanding China market where food consumption will continue to expand rapidly and where use of our technology will provide an opportunity to enhance efficiencies in animal agriculture for their diverse customer base”, added Jesus Martinez, President & CEO of Aova Technologies.

Under the terms of the agreement, AG Solutions will be responsible for marketing and sales of Aova’s patented technology—branded as the “BIG” products. Additional terms of the agreement include AG Solutions manufacturing Aova’s proprietary products.
