As the APAC & China Business Development Director for the company’s aquafeed portfolio, the candidate won’t just manage markets, but will also shape the future of the business across Southeast Asia and China.

Responsibilities:
Lead Regional Strategy
- Design and roll out tailored market strategies to grow revenue and profitability across APAC and China.
- Partner with country leaders and sales heads to win market share and raise performance.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the game.
- Forge long-term partnerships with top customers, suppliers, and industry stakeholders.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure our innovations meet real customer needs and deliver value.
Own Results and Build a High-Performance Team
- Take full ownership of regional P&L—set the targets, lead the team, and deliver results.
- Use data to monitor performance and guide smart decisions.
- Translate big-picture goals into clear, actionable sales plans.
- Coach and mentor teams to strengthen technical knowledge and consultative selling.
- Build a motivated, agile, and future-ready team, driving growth through leadership and development.
Requirements:
- A degree in fisheries, aquaculture, or a related field.
- More than ten years of experience in senior sales or commercial leadership roles in the aquafeed industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- A strategic, hands-on leader who connects customer needs with sustainable solutions
- Comfortable leading in complex, matrixed environments and collaborating across functions and cultures.
