Aquaculture America 2009 – Tours Organized by ACG

The Aquaculture Communications Group (ACG) is offering several tours in conjunction with the Aquaculture America 2009 conference and trade show, which is taking place in Seattle, Washington, on February 15-18, 2009.

In collaboration with some Washington State aquaculture firms and the Northwest Fisheries Science Center, ACG has organized two full-day tours for you to explore some of the research and production activities taking place in the region:

Tour # 1 - NWFSC Manchester Research Station & American Gold Seafoods Salmon Farm on Friday, February 13, 2009 (before the conference).

In collaboration with Vancouver Island-based firms, producer associations and First Nations, ACG has put together an outstanding opportunity for you to visit and see for yourself what is taking place in this beautiful part of the Pacific Northwest:

Tour # 3 - Vancouver Island, Canada – Nanaimo & Campbell River Aquaculture Facilities on Thursday, February 19 – Saturday, February 21, 2009 (3 days & 2 nights, after the conference)
