FIA & the Northern Crops Institute - Feed Safety Short Course - Fargo, ND, USA

The American Feed Industry Association (AFIA) and the Northern Crops Institute (NCI) have a long history of partnering together to present excellent educational events. This fall the organizations will offer a short course on what is needed to develop Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) plans geared towards individual company operations and production safety.

This course will focus on the development of voluntary HACCP plans for all sectors of the industry, including ingredient suppliers and finished feed manufacturers (commercial, non-commercial and on-farm). It will give attendees the template that is needed to develop HACCP plans geared towards the individual company’s operation. For more information, visit Northern Crops Institute or click here to review the event brochure.

The course will start on October 7, 2008 at 9 a.m. and will adjourn around 12 noon on October 9.

The registration fee for this event is $500.00. Cancellations received after the September 22 deadline will be assessed a 10 percent service fee. The fee includes course materials, breaks, commutes between the hotel and NCI, and complimentary luncheon. The fee does not include hotel accommodations or non-group meals.
