Wisconsin will be hosting the  2012 Coolwater Fish Culture Workshop  and providing an opportunity to travel to and tour the newly renovated Wild Rose hatchery and education center. 
 
A call for papers has been issued. If you have information about coolwater fish culture that you are willing to share, please email an abstract ASAP to Alfred Kaas, Chief, Fish Culture Section, Bureau of Fisheries Management, Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources, 101 South Webster Street, Madison, WI  53707-7921 to secure a place on the agenda.  Presentations should be in the range of 15-20-25 minutes - just enough to let folks know what great work you are doing!  Final time allotted will depend on the number papers submitted.  Posters are also encouraged this year. Do a poster to share your smaller projects, self constructed equipment, new techniques, etc. and let Alfred Kaas know by email .
