The Latin American & Caribbean Chapter (LACC) of the World Aquaculture Society (WAS) has announced the Plenary Speakers for the annual conference Latin American And Caribbean Aquaculture (LACQUA) 2017, taking place November 7-10 in Mazatlán, México.
Dr. Albert G.J. Tacon, Technical Director of Aquatic Farms Ltd in Hawaii, will lead with his presentation \"Aquaculture: A fish for all seasons - consolidating the growth of aquaculture in the region.\"
Dr. Antonio Garza De Yta, aquaculture expert and consultant for FAO, will present on \"Interinstitutional Cooperation, the key to success for Aquaculture.\"
Sessions for LACQUA are still being determined.
