Lallemand Animal Nutrition launches nutrition expert’s podcast

The podcast will share their views and knowledge while looking through the lens of gut microbiota.

Lallemand Animal Nutrition introduced its new podcast series, Feed Update - The Podcast, featuring interviews with its international technical experts in silage and animal nutrition and health. They will share their views and knowledge while looking through the lens of gut microbiota. The podcast will also discuss the latest trends, research and opportunities to drive profitable, sustainable and healthy animal production through nutrition.

From September 6, one episode will be released every three weeks here and will be available through the following streaming platforms: Spotify, Apple Podcast, Google podcast, or Amazon Music.

The first six episodes cover swine and ruminant nutrition and health, silage management and update on microbiota research.

The first episode, Probiotics – Where are we now and where are we going? will feature David Saornil, DVM, product manager for swine applications at Lallemand Animal Nutrition, interviewed by animal nutrition expert Xixi Chen. Saornil will explain the main probiotic strains that can be found on the animal nutrition market and what differentiates them. He will highlight the historic and current use of probiotics in animal nutrition with a special focus on Europe.
