The Offshore Mariculture Conference 2017 will take place March 6th-10th next year at the Hotel Coral and Marina in Ensenada, Mexico. The two-and-a-half-day conference will feature a number of prominent delegates and include numerous informative case studies. A further one and a half days of technical visits to several offshore fish farms in the Ensenada region of Baja California will bring the conference to a close.
Offshore Mariculture 2017 is proud to announce that it will enjoy the support of the World Aquaculture Society (WAS). The conference will help to identify and define the opportunities available to businesses in the aquaculture industry and will focus on the production of Abalone, Seaweed, Bivalves (such as Mussels) and the offshore farming of marine fin fish. It will also provide information about innovative feed solutions and alternatives, opportunities for financing mariculture projects, the logistics of setting up offshore and how to meet increasing demands for sustainability in today’s society.
This event is jointly organised by Mercator Media Ltd. and the State Committee on Aquaculture Safety and Sanitation for Baja California (CESAIBC) in Ensenada, Mexico, and forms part of a series of Offshore Mariculture conferences carried out in previous years by Mercator Media Ltd across Europe.
