Registration is open for the second edition of AquaSpeech, which will take place on March 15, 2024, at the Enjoy Hotel in Puerto Varas, Chile. The central theme will be The Future Industry and will feature exhibitions on nutrition, raw materials, health, sustainability, challenges, solutions and applied technology to salmon farming. The event will address ESG, sustainability and reportability as well as the financial outlook of the year for Chilean salmon farming vs. Norway, talks that will be offered by EY experts.
BioMar will present the role of nutrition in turning Chilean salmon farming into the most sustainable in the world. Nuproxa Chile will talk about its nutritional tools of natural origin for well-being and environmental sustainability. Greenvolution will present advances in the control of oxyinflammation in fish through additives derived from plants and Veramaris will reveal opportunities in added value thanks to omega-3s from algae.
Kemin AquaScience™ will present Aquatria™ biological emulsifier that improves the digestion and absorption of fats by promoting their metabolism in the fish body. Technology company Lithium will present on how data can support decisions, and show how AI can drive processes in the salmon industry.
In the field of fish health, ANASAC will provide information on the development of next-generation vaccines to combat challenging pathogens with a focus on P. salmonis. Fluctus will talk about the new trend in waterborne feeding. From Argentina, the company Yeruva will participate with its blood products and functional and sustainable proteins for the industry.
