A Smart Shrimp aquaculture workshop with the theme “Living with EMS and EHP, challenging the disease through Smart Shrimp farming” will take place at the AIT Bangkok campus, Thailand in January.

The workshop will bring together the world’s leading experts to discuss solutions to stem the tide of EMS, and to set a goal of more prosperous shrimp farming using the latest technological advancements.

It is intended for shrimp farmers, farm technicians, entrepreneurs, researchers, Department of Fisheries personnel, and aquaculture students from Thailand and overseas.

The workshop is organized jointly by the Asian Pacific Chapter of the World Aquaculture Society; Asian Institute of Technology (AIT), Bangkok, Thailand; Blue Aqua International Ltd, Bangkok, Thailand; and INVE Aquaculture (Thailand) Ltd.
