U.S. Coolwater & Mid-Continent Warmwater Fish Culture Workshops

The Iowa Department of Natural Resources is hosting the Mid-Continent Warmwater and Coolwater Fish Culture Workshop in Council Bluffs, Iowa from February 4 – February 6, 2019. The Iowa Department of Natural Resources is hosting the Mid-Continent Warmwater and Coolwater Fish Culture Workshop in Council Bluffs, Iowa from February 4 – February 6, 2019.

This annual meeting is hosted in rotation by Iowa, Missouri, Nebraska, Kansas, and Arkansas.

Workshop participants share and learn what public hatcheries, researchers, universities, and aquaculture-related businesses are doing.

Interested presenters including those wishing to share presentations on fish feeds and diet trials should contact randall.esser@dnr.iowa.gov by January 4, 2019.
