International Association of Seafood Professionals (IAFI) in cooperation with the National Fisheries Institute (NFI) will present the World Seafood Congress 2011, to be held October 1-6, 2011 at the Omni Shoreham Hotel in Washington, DC.
The theme this year is Seafood + Trade = Health + Jobs. The conference starts with two days of workshops on the issues that affect the seafood industry, followed by the main conference over three days, with opportunities for two technical tours on the final day. This year’s program will attract top quality speakers from the seafood industry in every corner of the globe.
