Bangladesh has been assessing the feasibility of shrimp farming in the country through a series of trials, and the technical committee has recently recommended that the country should go for commercial farming, local news reported.
A report is planned to be sent to the Ministry of Fisheries and Livestock and is expected to get approval to start production in March.
