In order to optimize their processes, BioMar has invested in new technologies resulting in the BioMar customer portal. BioMar wants to ensure that their customers have the flexibility to receive the best service that fits their needs and operations structure.

The BioMar customer portal will enable customers to utilize the following services online, 24/7:

  • Order placement.
  • Tracking of order history.
  • Overview of feed usage.
  • Archiving and accessing files such as delivery notes and invoices.
  • User assignment for company/farm employees.
  • Managing user rights for farm/company employees.

The BioMar Customer Portal is available for customers in Spain, Denmark, Finland and several other markets served by BioMar’s factory in Denmark. Currently, the portal operates in English, Danish, Finnish and Spanish. More markets and languages will follow.
