Einar Lilleeng was named production director of BioMar Norway. Lilleeng will oversee logistics, raw materials and feed production at BioMar's factories in Karmøy in Rogaland and Myre in Vesterålen.

With a background as a veterinarian and a PhD in nutrition and health in farmed fish, Lilleeng started his career at BioMar in 2007 as a formulator at the factory in Karmøy and today is part of the management team at BioMar overseeing the formulation and logistics. Now this responsibility is further expanded with feed production.

“It will be exciting and challenging to continue the good work that has been done at our factories in the years to come. We have very strong and dedicated teams at the factories, and the focus going forward will continue to be on the customer and quality, as well as taking a few more steps to optimize the flow of goods into our factories,” said Lilleeng.

Einar takes over the position from Arne Vilmar Larsen, who will look for new opportunities after 22 years in the company.
