Brazil's national agricultural agency CONAB anticipated that the total production of grains for the 2022/23 harvest would reach 308 million tons given the good performance of corn, soybeans, rice, beans and cotton. The production of these five crops corresponds to more than 905 of Brazilian grain production and is estimated at 294.3 million tons.

For soybeans, CONAB points to a record production scenario of 150.36 million tons for the next season. The prices of the grain should continue to be attractive, once the world supply and demand for oilseed continue to adjust, reflecting the growing trend of 3.54% of the area for cultivation, being able to reach 42.4 million hectares.

For corn, total production of 125.5 million tons is expected. In the first harvest, there is a projection of a slight decrease in the area, with a negative variation of 0.6%, once the cereal coincides with soybean.
