CP to build shrimp hatchery in Vietnam

CP Vietnam Livestock Company, a Charoen Pokphand Group company, will invest $US6 to $US9 million in building a Litopenaeus vannamei hatchery in Phong Dien district, central Thua Thien-Hue province, according to newspaper reports.

Earlier this month Cargill announced it was investing in an SPF shrimp hatchery in Malaysia.
