The webcast will focus on what managers should know about FDA inspections. For instance, did you know FDA does not have the authority to stop mill operations? The program will feature AFIA Vice President Richard Sellers and Director of Manufacturing and Education Keith Epperson and an attorney from AFIA's legal counsel office, Mr. Arthur Tsien, who developed AFIA's approach to inspections and formerly worked for FDA's Office of Chief Counsel. The webcast will detail all you need to know about inspections and your firm's obligations, as well as how to respond to FDA's various inspectional requests for information. Questions may be submitted by the participants before, during or after the webcast.
