The Peruvian government has set a total of 3 million tonnes of fish catch for the current fishing season - which inclues the catch to date of about 800,000 tonnes.
It looks like there will be a limited supply of fishmeal from Peru for the summer, until the new season in October or so. This should keep prices at current levels or higher as demand should easily use up the supply over the next six months
