Get Involved - Cohen Commission Public Submissions

Positive Aquaculture Awareness is urging you to get involved and submit your comments to the Cohen Commission.

In the Cohen Commission's  June 2010 Discussion Paper, the Commission outlines the issues they intend to investigate, they include:

DFO’s organizational structure, Harvesting, Conservation, Fish biology and ecosystem issues research projects,  Water pollution,  Salmon farms, Logging, Hydro,  Climate change effects (freshwater and marine),  Diseases and parasites, Predators,  Non-retention fisheries, Cumulative  impacts, Status of Fraser River sockeye Conservation Units , Freshwater ecology, Marine ecology and Production Dynamics  

In your submission, you could remind the commission they are investigating a wide range of factors and based on the issues above and provide your comments.
