Meeting of the (US) National Organic Standards Board - Finding Livestock Committee Recommendations on Aquaculture
The Livestock Committee of the National Organic Standards Board (NOSB) will present recommendations on the use of fish feed and open net pens in regards to the development of organic aquaculture standards for finfish, and will present recommendations in regards to the development of organic aquaculture standards for bivalves at the next meeting.
The meeting dates are Monday, November 17, 2008, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Tuesday, November 18, 2008, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.; and Wednesday,
November 19, 2008, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Requests from individuals and organizations wishing to make oral presentations at the meeting are due
by the close of business on November 3, 2008.
The meeting will take place at the Savoy Suites Hotel, 2505 Wisconsin Avenue, NW., Washington, DC 20007.

All comments to this notice whether they are submitted by mail or the Internet will be available for viewing on the http://www.regulations.gov Web site.
