A new aquaculture journal, Critical Insights in Aquaculture (CIAqua) by Taylor & Francis is inviting contributions from academia and industry.
Research articles, review articles, commentaries from leaders in the field that outline the challenges the community faces and potential directions for research to overcome these challenges and new methods are welcome.
An introduction authored by Editor-in-Chief, Dr. Albert G.J. Tacon and the senior editorial team has just been published, describing the scope of the journal’s three broad subject areas:
- Natural Sciences—covering articles on nutrition, breeding, genetics, microbiology, and the environment;
- Social Sciences—covering articles on aquaculture policy, economics, history, law, anthropology, sociology, and media and communications; and
- Applied Sciences—covering articles on aquatic diseases, biosecurity, feed technology, health and food safety, farming systems, modeling, and robotics and engineering.
Critical Insights in Aquaculture is an open-access journal. Find more information here.
