NOAA Opens 60-Day Public Comment Period for Gulf Aquaculture Amendment
On June 4, 2009, NOAA opened a 60-day public comment period for the 'Fishery Management Plan for Regulating Offshore Marine Aquaculture in the
'This plan will be available for public review and comment through August 3, 2009. Comments will be accepted online and by mail. Specific instructions on submitting comments are available in the Federal Register and in the NOAA Fisheries Southeast Regional Office Fishery Bulletin issued on June 4.
