Prima Protein, Norwegian company, take over processing plant to produce fishmeal and fish oil based on pelagic raw material.

Prima Protein shareholders, has established Prima Seafood that will fillet pelagic fish and sell frozen fish. Prima Protein will take fish offcuts to produce fishmeal and fish oil.
