An aquaculture postdoctoral fellowship is being offered at Harbor Branch Oceanographic Institution, Ft. Pierce, Florida, U.S.

Aquaculture Division research is directed toward increasing production of aquatic organisms through breeding, genetic manipulation, feed technology, nutrition, disease prevention and treatment, physiology, system design and culture using environmentally sound methods.

Individuals with research interests in recirculating system engineering, fish culture, queen conch and bivalve culture, marine shrimp farming, spiny lobster culture, pharmacological aquacutlure or other aquaculture-related areas are encouraged to apply.

Application deadline for this fellowship is May 5, 2003. Position starts June 2003 and ends June 2004.
