Skretting has held a new training session for Aquagen professionals. The participants of the NUtrainig were able to review the benchmarking of the Aquagen strain, presented by Roberto Michell, and the presentation on Analysis and Interpretation of Productive Results, carried out by the Skretting Chile’s freshwater technical assistance team.

Attendees were also able to review the presentations related to diets for breeders and patterns of feeding and innovation in fattening diets performed by the fresh water and sea water technical assistance of Skretting Chile. Finally, the attendees made a brief tour of the production plant, to learn about the operational work carried out at the Skretting facilities in Puerto Montt.

Ricardo González, Head of Planning and Control of Aquagen, said that "we are very satisfied with the support delivered by Skretting through this training, and we highlight the knowledge of those who made the presentations, particularly those related to the delivery of feed, feeding strategies, the process of product development and the use of raw materials, among others. We hope this initiative can be repeated."

NUtraining is the training program of the food supplier company, which consists of several courses adapted to different segments of professionals and technicians of the client companies. These training days are another tool of Skretting's Technical Assistance, which allows direct contact with clients about the integral production process, from concepts of spawning in fresh water and feed management, to quality control and harvest.
