The Cohen Commission of Inquiry into the Decline of Sockeye Salmon in the Fraser River (Canada) resumed its evidentiary hearings in Vancouver August 17, after a summer recess. Hearings will continue until the end of September, with final submissions expected in November 2011. Aquaculture discussions began August 25 and will continue until September 8, 2011.
