Angel Yeast has announced their Russia plant is now operational and manufacturing Active Dry Yeast, with an expected annual output of 20 thousand tonnes in dry yeast.

The brand new plant is Angel's second overseas factory. The wastewater treatment facility at the facility can dispose 4000 tonnes per day,  and provide 30 thousand tonnes per year of organic fertilizer and natural gas for a generating capacity of 10MW.

The Russia plant project began in September 2015 and was completed in 2 years for an investment of over 600 million RMB. Angel’s Russia plant has important strategic significance to optimize the layout of the company's global yeast production.
