Angel's new yeast plant in Russia is on target to be operational in July 2017. Construction of the main workshop is up to 80% complete. Installation progress of the production line is up to 60% complete, and the line is ready for pre-commissioning.
The construction includes installation of a main workshop, energy power center, environmental plant and production facilities.
The project is located in Dankov Economic Zone in Lipetsk 400km away from Moscow. This is the second overseas yeast plant of Angel Yeast Co., Ltd.; the first one is in Egypt.
The new plant covers an area of 30 hectares with the annual production capacity of 20 thousand tonnes. It is going to be Angel's most advanced yeast manufacturing plant.
