Brokking Holding B.V. acquired all shares of ProCeres B.V. ProCeres is specialized in gelatinized grains for animal feed, a useful ingredient in fish feed, particularly in trout, salmon and eel. Brokking Holding’s animal feed group thus strengthens its position as a supplier of ingredients for animal nutrition.
ProCeres will maintain its independent position within Brokking Holding and Walter Bongers remains the director of Proceres B.V.
The family business Brokking has been active in the agricultural sector for approximately 120 years with activities in Western Europe, including its companies FeedValid and Triferto.
