Eat & Beyond Global Holdings, an investment issuer focused on the global plant-based and alternative protein sector, completed the acquisition of 50% of the issued and outstanding shares and 100% of the outstanding warrants of Canadian insect producer, Goldbloom Enterprises, according to a press release.

Goldbloom produces black soldier fly at a 20,000-square-foot facility near Guelph, Canada, close to the University of Guelph. Insect meal is aimed at aquafeed and pet food markets.
