As part of the planned generation change at TripleNine, Technical Director Hans Rasmussen will retire from his present position on 1st March 2003 but will continue to be associated with the company as a project manager. Production Director, Christian Bisgaard, takes over the technical management of the production in Esbjerg and also joins the board of administrators when Hans Rasmussen retires.

In Thyborøn, Technical Director Ole Holm will continue to be responsible for production there until the end of the year, when a decision will be made as to when Christian Bisgaard will take over responsibility for technical management in Thyborøn.

When Hans Rasmussen relinquishes overall responsibility for production on 1st March, he will still be associated with TripleNine, as it has been agreed he will continue as project manager, responsible for the construction and commissioning of the planned extraction plant, used to purify fish meal of dioxin, and for the related meal storage facility in Esbjerg.

Hans Rasmussen expects the complete extraction plant will be ready for work in the summer of 2004.
