Lallemand Animal Nutrition confirms is taking part in the 4th edition of Aquatic Asia 2017.

As a growing player in Asian aquaculture, proposing microbial-based solutions for fish and shrimp nutrition (including yeast derivatives, probiotics, antioxidants) and bioremediation products, Lallemand Animal Nutrition is a natural partner for this event dedicated to Biosecurity, Feed and Recirculation Aquaculture, in a context where disease represents the biggest game changer in the aquaculture industry.

“Aquaculture is a multi-factorial process,” explained Stéphane Ralite. “Feed quality is one of its key components and it needs to be integrated within a more global approach to maximize farm results. Through targeted examples we shall explore some of the links and tools allowing to optimize economical results throughout the aquaculture value-chain from feed to farm profitability.”

Asian aquaculture is a growing business and holds an important place at VIV Asia, with a dedicated program. The pre-show event Aquatic Asia 2017 conference will be held on Tuesday 14 March, at the City-Centre Novotel hotel in Bangkok, Thailand.

This one day event has a non-commercial management theme discussing issues of biosecurity, feed and recirculation in relation to health control at aquaculture sites. The conference - in English and Thai languages - is being presented by VIV and International Aquafeed Magazine with Asian aquaculture talent development company Progressus. Thailand’s governmental Department of Fisheries and the World Aquaculture Society are official partners of the meeting.
