An international feed additive business with special interest in aquaculture has launched a new user-friendly website to help its customers address the issues that matter most to them and get personal advice from dedicated product specialist.

The Belgium-based Nutriad designs and delivers feed additives for aquaculture, pigs, poultry and ruminants, as well as equine and pets. It supplies customers in more than 80 countries and the global organisation is supported by four application laboratories and five manufacturing facilities, located on three continents.

Chief executive Erik Visser said: “We combine the knowledge and network of a global player with the flexibility and personal service of a small family company. On our website we invite visitors to contact our dedicated product specialists and local sales staff to share their knowledge of species, market trends and feed additives.”
The special section on aquaculture includes information on disease prevention, speciality nutrition, palatability and feed quality.

Erik Visser added: “Livestock and aquaculture production has never been more challenging. Limited availability and the changing quality of raw materials challenge intake, growth and performance. We also notice growing consumer awareness and increasing governmental regulations, especially related to health and feed & food safety.”
