Phosphea appointed Clément Houllier as chief executive officer replacing Yohann Becker.

Houllier, an engineer with a strong international background, started his career at Argon & Co. Since he joined Phosphea in 2015, he held various positions such as business unit director and more recently deputy general manager in charge of industry and raw materials.

Houllier will guide Phosphea, a subsidiary of Groupe Roullier, toward success and to consolidate the company’s position as a market leader in the sector of mineral-based solutions.

Since 2018, and despite a difficult context globally, Phosphea has kept innovating to address and overcome challenges regarding the mineral raw material supply chain efficiency, economic performance and environmental issues.
