Neovia Vietnam has presented to its Vietnamese customers an aquaculture solution with a three standards model, named “Mr. Three Standards” and an online consulting channel on Zalo platform to assist farmers with aquaculture technical issues and update them with latest industry activities.

Aquaculture is one of the main economic activities in Vietnam but most of these activities still rely on traditional practices and are often disturbed by unofficial sources of information. The company’s model aims at helping its customers to achieve better performance and also to maximize profits in each crop. The “Three Standards” model includes Standard Feed with information about the Neovia’s available feed for fish and shrimp, Standard Water to improve water treatment and management and Standard Model based on BIOSIPEC model, an innovative and intensive Neovia’s model for shrimp that results in 5 cycles/year and 30 tons/ha/cycles.

Besides, as local farmers usually lack credible information and technical advices, the company introduced an online consulting channel on Zalo platform, under the name of “Mr. Three Standards.” Any question from customers will be quickly and accurately answered by a team of experienced technical experts. Customers can be updated about the latest news and market prices of common aqua species. With these utilities, aquafarmers will be able to learn more up-to-date knowledge to apply to their daily farming activities and to optimize performance and profitability in each crop.

Thomas Raynaud, Aquaculture Business Director of Neovia Vietnam said that “being a solution provider of animal nutrition in Vietnam for over 15 years, Neovia Vietnam always cares and understands the needs and problems faced by local farmers. Therefore, we are confident to introduce “Three Standards” model as an optimal solution for Vietnamese farmers to respect the environment, biosecurity as well as sustainable development of aquaculture industry in Vietnam. Along with the “Three standards” model, we will provide useful information, timely technical assistance and efficient farming solution to our customers via our newly established channel on Zalo platform."
