Thai Union establishes new aquafeed mill in Pakistan

Thai Union Feedmill Public Company  Ltd., a subsidiary of the Thai Union, established a new joint venture named AMG-THAIUNION FEEDMILL (PRIVATE) Ltd. in Pakistan, according to a stock exchange announcement.

The new company will manufacture and distribute fish and shrimp aquafeeds as well as livestock feeds and pet food. Thai Union will hold 51% of the total shares and local shareholders will hold 49%.

Thai Union's feed subsidiary started operation in 2000 to produce aquafeeds to the local and foreign market. The company has two feed mills in Thailand, Mahachai plant located at Mueang Samut Sakhon District, Samut Sakhon Province and Ranot plant, located at Ranot District, Songkhla Province.
