Nuseed® Nutritional appointed Evy Vikene aquaculture lead for Europe/Norway. This is a new role that will support the adoption of Aquaterra omega-3 canola in the Norwegian, UK and EU aquaculture markets.

Vikene brings a wealth of knowledge from more than 25 years with Skretting Group, most recently serving as commercial director. “Aquaterra is going to be vital to stabilizing the omega-3 supply chain. I am delighted to join Nuseed in introducing this groundbreaking, plant-based ingredient to Norway and Europe,” said Vikene.

Marine raw materials are limited in supply and subject to volatility in volume and prices. New raw materials are becoming essential for facilitating and expanding seafood production.
