Prairie AquaTech received a patent in Brazil for its fermented plant protein technology, a technology that is currently being used to help the world meet its growing demand for sustainable protein sources. 

The patent, BR 112014013279-8, a “Microbial-based process for high-quality protein concentrate,” describes the novel technology used to sustainably produce hydrolyzed proteins isolated from plant material.
