Lallemand Animal Nutrition expanded field support for its North American team to better support customers across the United States, Canada, Mexico and Central America.

“We are excited to have these highly qualified individuals on board to help support our current customers, along with aiding in our continual growth,” said Jeff Ast, commercial director, Lallemand Animal Nutrition, North and South America. “We continue to look for ways to add key personnel to support our Explorer program, part of Lallemand Forward, designed to provide producers with key performance indicators to help identify areas of success, find opportunities for improvement and plot a course toward greater profitability. I am confident our customers will see the results that come from combining excellent products with top-notch people.”

Michayla (Mich) Davidson joins as a field support specialist for customers in the western United States focused in the Pacific Northwest. In her role, Davidson will visit farms and conduct cow-side and forage audits with the Lallemand Forward Explorer program to help producers develop, benchmark and continue to improve productivity.

Paige Spowart also joins as a field support specialist for customers in the western United States, specifically focusing her efforts in Texas. Spowart will also be visiting farms and feedyards becoming an expert on Explorer and providing support to nutritionists, producers and territory business managers in the region.

Kevin Falk joins as the documentation and quality assurance coordinator for Lallemand Animal Nutrition. He recently served as the quality assurance specialist for an Illinois-based company where he managed supplier product and facility approvals through review of HACCP plans, GFSI audits, food safety plans and third-party testing reports.

Gerardo Escamilla brings more than 30 years of industry experience to his new role as monogastric manager – Mexico and Central America. As a manager at Lallemand Animal Nutrition, he will help producers improve their production potential to ensure both regions can meet the growing demand for protein.
